Give examples of internal and external stakeholders and where do you fit them in the stakeholder’s matrix? Be thoughtful. Create the Stakeholders’ Classification Matrix (follow Figure 2-3 and 2-4 as examples) and explain your rationale for classifying stakeholders in the various quadrants.
Explain why it is important for organizations like the case study to maintain good relationships with its stakeholders.
Analyze why providing information about the organization ethical behavior is important for the future of the firm.
